CHUN Easter Egg Hunt

Where: Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods Community Center
The Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods are hosting a community egg hunt for children ages 0 – 7 with colorful eggs, prizes, games, a visit from the Easter Bunny,and some refreshments. This is a great opportunity for Capitol Hill residents to get together!

The Great Egg Scramble

Great for the family with kiddos of different ages and stages, this event is divided by age groups, giving each of your kiddos a chance to snag a few eggs for their Easter basket. There will also be inflatables and the fitness van!

Copper Mountain Easter Egg Hunt

The “World’s Largest Easter Egg Hunt” takes place on 2,500 acres with 65,000 eggs! 15,000 of the eggs are plant based, biodegradable and part of a reduce, reuse, recycle movement!

- 10:30 am – Ages 4-6 Center Village, by the lower level of the Conference Center

Winter Park Golden Bunny Classic Candy Hunt & Fun Race
When: Sunday, March 27 | Registration begins at 8:30 am
Where: Winter Park Mountain
Join Winter Park Willie and the Easter Bunny for an on-mountain candy hunt in Discovery park and a base area egg hunt for children under 5. The Golden Bunny Race has been a tradition for children ages 10 and under for more than 38 years.
Long Ear’s Easter Egg Hunt
When: March 26 | 10 am and 1 pm
Where: Western Museum of Mining and History, Colorado Springs
Search for Easter eggs on WMMI’s beautiful 27-acre complex! Meet the ‘bunny’ mascots Nugget and Chism, learn about baby chicks and rabbits, hunt for eggs, decorate cookies, do hands-on Easter crafts, listen to Mother ‘Turkey’s story time, and enjoy cake and lemonade. For children 13 and under- $10 for non-members, $5 for members. You must RSVP.

For those of you that are early risers, the sunrise service at Red Rocks is a must see. Bundle up, bring some snacks and and a thermos full of cocoa for the kids and coffee for the mamas and papas.
4:30 a.m.–Gates open.

Bunny Trail EGGventure

Where: Children’s Museum of Denver, Marsico Campus
Hop down to the Children’s Museum for blossoming fun, springtime art projects, treats, and visits with the Easter Bunny!
Bunny Bolt 5k/10k/ Kids’ Run/ Kids 1k

Where: City Park, Denver
Not only will you get a chance to work off that extra package of peeps, but there are so many great things going on here for the whole family– you won’t be disappointed! Kids 1k Rabbit Rush, a huge Easter Egg Hunt, free yoga classes for kids and adults, face painting and balloon artists. Word on the street is the Easter bunny will be making an appearance as well…

Take the family out to Golden to ride the Bunny Express Train, in the vintage passenger coach. The Easter Bunny and Spike the Railyard Hound will be handing out candy and you can even shop for gifts in the general store to fill up those Easter baskets.
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

Where: Downtown Aquarium
Head to the Downtown Aquarium for egg hunts, photos, and breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Breakfast is $39.99 for adults and $19.99 for children ages 3 – 10. Reservations are highly recommended for this Easter treat!
There’s a large, free community egg hunt at Civic Green Park in Highlands Ranch for children from 0-12. Over 1,000 free grilled lunches are provided, and there are loads of carnival games, face painting, balloon animals, and an Easter Bunny as well. The event runs from 11a – 1p on Saturday, March 26.
