Is your family ready for all the fall things? Nothing says autumn quite like loading up the car to head to your family’s favorite pumpkin patch in search of the perfect pumpkin to carve — We’ve put together a list of some of our favorite Denver pumpkin patches this fall. 


Anderson Farms

6728 County Road 3 1/4, Erie, CO 80516 | September 20 – October 31

Running September 20 – October 31st, Anderson Farms has fun for the whole family, along with their great pumpkin patch! Other fun includes a corn maze, hayrides, pumpkin launching, and farm lights. For the older kids, stick around late for  zombie paintball and haunted hayrides.


Berry Patch Farms

13785 Potomac Street, Brighton, CO 80601

Geared to ages 10 and under, this festival includes pinatas, hayrides, straw mazes, a swing band, and a bee hive/honey demo.


Cottonwood Farms Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze

1535 N 75th Street, Boulder, CO 80303 | September 23 – October 31 (Monday – Friday)

This farm in Boulder features a corn maze, straw-bale maze, farm animals, farm-equipment on display. Hay rides also available!


Mile High Farms

11 Cavanaugh Road, Bennett, CO 80102 | October 1 – October 30 (Saturdays & Sundays)

Two corn mazes, a petting zoo, hayride, pumpkin patch, barrel cart rides, bounce castles, face painting, playground, entertainment and concessions.


Miller Farms

13912 CR 19, Platteville, CO 80651 | September 4 – mid-November 

This farm in Platteville is a great example to show the kids how a real working farm runs. Take a hayride through 180-acres of fields, where you can pick your own vegetables, as well as enjoy other activities, like a petting zoo and corn maze. Admission includes 5 bags of produce.


Munson Farms

Valmont Road & N 75th Street, Boulder, CO 80301

Wander the huge pumpkin patch for FREE to pick your own, and pay by weight/size. Specializes in 10 varieties of heirloom pumpkins.


Nick’s Garden Center

2001 South Chambers Road, Aurora, CO 80014 | October 1 – October 31

Straw maze, family tractor ride through the Tunnel of Terror (not too terrifying, in fact), kiddie train ride, three jumping castles (one just for tots 5 and under). Huge pumpkin patch – more than 100 tons in all shapes and sizes.


 Osborn Farms

1230 S. Boise Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537 | September 30 – October 31

The established Loveland farm — family-owned since 1861 — is small, neat and to the point: Drive to the site, park your car, then grab a wheelbarrow and get to picking.


Rock Creek Farms

2005 South 112th Street, Broomfield, CO 80020 | September 30 – October 31

Located in Broomfield, Rock Creek Farms has tons of fall fun for families. Find your Halloween pumpkin and then explore all the other fun attractions, including a corn maze, petting zoo, and bounce castles.


Tagawa Gardens Nursery & Garden Center 

7711 S. Parker Road Centennial, CO 80016

A community tradition for over 20 years! Aside from pumpkin picking, activities can include “walk on water” bubbles, balloon animals, pony rides, pumpkin-decorating and more.
