Forever Loved, Never Forgotten

0

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, when we recognize and remember the twenty five percent of pregnancies that do not go full-term, and the babies who were taken from us far too soon.

We remember and we feel the loss of our children. It doesn’t matter if there is a specific date marked on the calendar. It doesn’t matter if it’s been one year or five years or twenty. It doesn’t matter if we ever held them in our arms, or only ever held them in our wombs and our hearts. Those precious lives, however brief, made an impact on us. We are forever changed by those babies. They all mattered and they’ve all taken a piece of our hearts.
