For the Competitive Couple

Do you and your sweetie like a little date night competition? If you swing a ping pong paddle, head over to Uptown and check out Ace Eat Serve — Don’t miss the food, it’s seriously fantastic! If old school arcade games are more your speed, or you’re a pinball or Skee-Ball pro, then check out one of the three 1Up Arcade Bar locations (downtown, Colfax, and Greenwood) for what is sure to be an evening of serious fun! They’ve got a great drink list, tons of beers on tap, and food to keep your gaming going! If you or your sweetie are golfers, TopGolf is a great place for a date. Practice your swing and then hit their arcade for some gaming. They also have a restaurant and bar if you want to grab a bite after the fun. If it’s chilly, you can sit outside by their fire pit for some cozy time.

For the Adventurous

Do you and your honey like a date idea that invites you to get out and explore? If you haven’t hiked at Red Rocks, now’s your chance. You can wander around the rocks for a sunrise hike or go for a quick trail run. If you’re a music lover, take a hike and then stick around for a concert or pack a picnic to enjoy with your sweetie! If you’d like to get a little further out of town. For those days when we’ve got snow on the ground, head to Bear Lake Trail at Rocky Mountain National Park for some snowshoeing.

For the Art Aficionados

The Denver Art Museum is always fantastic, with great traveling world-class exhibitions and a fantastic collection. If you’re looking to expand your Denver art experience, we’d love to recommend checking out RiNo and Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe. The River North Arts District is filled with galleries, shops, & restaurants, so you can check out great local art and then find a glass of wine at one of the wineries in the district. Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe is full of art studios, artist cooperatives, theaters, museums, and fantastic food and drink options from Salvadorian to Jamaican and lots of breweries. Both areas have great events and First Friday that should not be missed!
